DDI is seeking to hire a trial consultant in its Los Angeles, California office. The trial consultant position would primarily involve reviewing case documents, helping to design pre-trial jury research, writing questionnaires for use in the research, conducting research, analyzing the results, and reporting the results to our clients. Our consultants are trained to interview jurors after trials, prepare witnesses and select juries, and will be very involved in those activities as well as in research. We also encourage our consultants to engage in independent research and writing. The position offers many opportunities for growth and advancement.

Applicants for the trial consultant position must have a Ph.D. in Psychology or a related field, and be willing to travel. Strong quantitative research and statistical skills are necessary, and experience with qualitative research is a plus. Leadership and public speaking skills are also very important.
